Damaged Shipment Policy

  • Inspect all packaging immediately upon delivery

  • If visible damage is present:

    • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, or

    • Refuse the shipment if damage is severe

  • If delivery is accepted:

    • Take clear photos of damaged packaging and/or products immediately
