Easy Returns

We stand behind every commercial espresso machine and coffee product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. That’s why we offer a simple, risk-free 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items may be returned for any reason

  • To start a return, email info@pullandbrew.com with your order number

  • Our team will provide step-by-step return instructions

  • Some brands or items are not eligible for return, this will be specified on the product page.

Free Return Shipping

  • Pull & Brew covers return shipping costs on approved returns

  • No restocking fees

Refund Processing

  • Returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

  • Refunds are issued after inspection approval

Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned in “Like New” condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

  • No visible signs of wear, damage, or use beyond testing

“Like New” Condition Defined:

  • Opened items are acceptable

  • No scratches, marks, dents, or operational issues

  • Products showing signs of use or wear are not eligible for refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt

  • If damage is visible:

    • Note it on the delivery receipt before signing

    • Take clear photos the same day of delivery

    • Email photos to info@pullandbrew.com

  • Pull & Brew covers shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Keep all original packaging for return authorization

  • All damage claims must be approved by customer service prior to return

Items damaged after use are non-refundable, unless covered under manufacturer warranty.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled by emailing or calling customer service

  • Cancellations before shipment receive a full refund

  • Orders canceled after shipment follow the 30-day return policy

Additional Return Policy Notes

  • Some products or manufacturers may have specific return restrictions

    • These will be clearly noted on the product page

  • Certified pre-owned or used equipment is not eligible for return

  • Returns are not accepted for items purchased for temporary or one-time use, including:

    • Trade shows or conference use

    • Promotional or rental purposes

    • Purchases by event or trade show facilitators
