Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

Product must be returned in “Like New” condition

All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

No visible signs of wear, damage, or use beyond testing

No scratches, marks, dents, or operational issues

Products showing signs of use or wear are not eligible for refund
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt

Note it on the delivery receipt before signing

Take clear photos the same day of delivery
